Put any five reviews you like in your F.Y.C. list.
Do not use reviews from the previous round: you must change them every round.
Post here to declare that you've done it: sooner is better than later.
Provide spoiler warnings in your post when appropriate.
Read the F.Y.C.s of all participants.
The next round starts on Monday at noon or later, F.W.F.R. time.

Lemmy in for #1290.

In the outlandish, pre-Code Merry Wives of Reno, wealthy Hugh Herbert has an interesting relationship with a sheep.

Bertrand Tavernier's very personal survey of French cinema is almost three hours in length.

On the Basis of Sex is a rather superficial look at the early career of now U.S. Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg.

Journey To the seventh Planet presents a strange force on the planet Uranus that visualizes astronauts' thoughts.

Nineteen Nineteen is a British film with a wonderful cast including Maria Schell and Paul Scofield who go on and on about their patient-relationship with Sigmund Freud years earlier.

The ventriloquist's-doll antagonist is called Slappy.

The punch at a dance collective's wrap party is spiked with L.S.D. or similar.

Neil Armstrong is shown to have been very single-minded.

In case it's not internationally known, happy slapping was a British fad.

Here are my five reviews.

What's in a name?

N.B.
"Ferdinand" is a bull, and a pacifist.
Daisy Ridley plays Shakespeare's Ophelia. My review is a direct quote from "Hamlet".
In "Mandy" a lumberjack called Red wages a violent vengeance on the cult members who murder his wife and leave him for dead.
Paula Beer stars in WWI romantic drama "Frantz".
In "Thelma" a girl with dangerous telekinetic powers finds her control slipping as she falls in love with another girl, played by Okay Kaya.

They’re not steers and all the others are up for violence, so I’d like it more with Steer or Steer’s, but 5/5.
