Put any five reviews you like in your F.Y.C. list. | Do not use reviews from the previous round: you must change them every round. | Post here to declare that youve done it: sooner is better than later. | Provide spoiler warnings in your post when appropriate. | Read the F.Y.C.s of all participants. | The next round starts on Monday at noon or later, F.W.F.R. time.

Lemmy in for #1363.

Joining Larry's tribute to Stuart Whitman, including the actor's Oscar-nominated role.

Those Magnificent Men (directed by Ken Annakin) begins with a brief "history of flight" with Red Skelton as an intrepid and inept pioneer aviator.
The film was a major Fox production, mother-henned by Zanuck, and opened as a roadshow production to critical and box-office success in 1965.

South America cinema

NB:
"Post Mortem" is set in a Chilean hospital during General Pinochet's 1973 coup.
In "Monos" the female protagonist, given the nickname Rambo, attempts to escape from her fellow teenage soldiers when their mission and their unit begins to fracture.
In "The Nightshifter" a morgue attendant is gifted with the ability to talk to the recently deceased.
"Divine Love" is set in a near future where Christian fundamentalists engage in wife swapping and ritualistic orgies.
In Argentinian crime thriller "Rojo" (spanish for 'red') a successful, but morally bankrupt lawyer is investigated by a cynical detective.

Full 5/5s all round again this week...

(anyone feel like knocking my "Rojo" review to 3 votes, so I don't have to share it again at some point? It's a red wine reference... )
