Don't know what was up but it wasn't just your puter.
I assume a "puter" is a "computer," but I never heard it called that before.

Yup- somehow I was completely unaware about some fancy switcheroo my ISP was doing, moving the site (and a fair few others) to a fancy new server. Personally, I reckon it's their subtle way of getting me to pay for a dedicated server for fwfr all by itself, but since everything seems rinky-dink now, it's no biggie.
Sorry for the downtime anyway- needless to say had I not been in NYC with a buggered mobile, I would've at least let you folks know what was going on sooner |

The server puter was pitching fits, I assume.
I use the contraction "puter" sometimes too.
I have some puter jewelry.
A fart performed quietly in a church pew is called a pewter.

Posted - 02/25/2006 : 10:19:28 Yes, well, yesterday's down time was actually a blessing in disuguse for me - instead of wasting my time here, I got some cooking done, AND I still had time to take a rest in the afternoon before dinner! Good thing too, worked up to an almost perfect migrane by the time I could take a break.
