Having prolapsed/slipped/herniated a disc a few days ago I know what it's like to suddenly become disabled with excrutiating pain.  Fortunately the prognosis is for a probable complete recovery, provided I stick to the rules: do the exercises and avoid sitting as much as possible (that last one is kinda hard to do, in fact so is the first).
So, here we go, post your disability pics here.

It's my painful duty to post the results from dis competition...
