Well, here's a funny thing. Has fwfr gone all glitchy?

I'm happily submitting reviews for this week's quota, and I see I've got two left this week. But when I send one onto my pending pile, I get a decline note saying "There is presently a sizeable backlog. In order to help bring this down, reviewers may not add more than 50 submissions per week (starting from Monday)."

But the little row of dots at the top STILL says I've got two submissions left.
