Posted - 11/04/2019 : 22:57:40 While adding a movie I noticed it came up as a degree symbol, but it's not really the degree symbol. So I clicked on it and there are a lot of movies with this title. Some of them aren't even movies. I click on the IMDB link and one is a boxing match. I don't even know how to type out the symbol, since it's not the degrees. So I will show you the link to the search field and you can see for yourself.

Posted - 12/03/2019 : 01:32:08 Yep- these are indeed the remnants of failed imports. I've removed them all now (I think) |

Posted - 11/07/2019 : 00:01:09 Welly welly well! Those are actually parentheses next to each other ("()"), I believe, and those are just imported films where the import went wrong. Many of those films are already on the site, and the link you have is some sort of ghost footprint of an earlier, abortive attempt to import. Some are ghost duplicates, but sometimes it's a coding issue at IMDb.
The new Maleficent link is an example: that link above clearly has the broken reference, but this link goes to the right FWFR page. |
