Looks like my haiku was wrongly posted. Here is an updated vote. Hope it does not affect voting.
Sunglasses and suits. Bloody Mexican standoff. Diamonds. MacGuffin.

I thought so, too. And was ready to do my duty. But, if Sludge wants to do it, that's cool beans by me.
I had forwarded on your votes, Baft.

Funny! I'd prefer it that way too, but as I read the repaste of the rules I thought it was still on me to do this. Honest mistake, but I think that's the reason I was receiving the votes.
From now on, people can take this on by changing the following line when posting the rules:
You vote by sending Sludge, whose life is deeply enriched by the experience, your votes in a PM (Private Message).
For the next round, I request that this round's winner please change "Sludge" to "your host (me)" if you are willing to tally the votes.
---------
Okay, I've tallied and sent results to Monty and she'll announce.

Sorry about the confusion. As you can tell, I didn't read the rules (as, I don't feel rules ever really apply to me. ).
But, that's cool. We figured it out and we move on.
Not so for the characters in Reservoir Dogs.
But, Sludge has tallied and sent the results to me. (Thank you, Sludge) And thank you Whipper for setting the haikus all together for me earlier. I really am useless as the keeper of the haiku contest. Let's hope the next person does better.
Okie Dokie.
RESULTS for Movie Haiku #50: Reservoir Dogs
Third favorite Reservoir Dogs haiku, with
7 points
. . . Nope, it's not Mr. Pink. He ran away and got shot outside. (Or didn't. There's debate about this one.)
Congratulations - mampers (3 2 2)
Second favorite Reservoir Dogs haiku, with
8 points
No, it's not Mr. Orange. He was gut shot and bled all over a storeroom floor, while trying to convince Mr. White he wasn't the snitch. (Spoiler -- He was!)
Monty (3 3 2)
First prize
with 9 points
And bragging rights until the next haiku.
Let's see your best Michael Madsen dance to "Stuck in the middle", while slicing off a cop's ear.
I think it's his first win, too.
So, give it up for . . .
BEANMIMO (vote breakdown of 3 3 2 1)
orange bleeds in car kietel finds he is stuck in the middle again.
You've won...
Speech!
Beanmimo, please select a film for Movie Haiku #51. Make sure it was NOT a film from previous rounds.
EVERYONE, you are now free to post any alternative Haiku you may have. Or free prose, if you're RedPen.
