We've hit 27, which I believe ties the record for largest number of entries. A quick glance at the old contest data I used to maintain has the record at 27 for both #21 Jim Carrey and #81 Superman.
Maybe we can get at least one more before voting starts Wednesday.
BTW, 1000 contests at one week apiece means this contest has been running uninterrupted for over 19 years! The Fourum currently only goes back to 2006, but by my estimate, this contest started around Oct. 2004.

Eight Cask� Surnames*
At the cost of undermining the whole point of a pun, for everyone who isn�t familiar with it this is a reference to what should be the English title of my favourite Spanish film.
I was living in the region in question when it came out, and it is so accurate and hilarious. I�m actually in Spain now and saw its weak name-only threequel on Boxing Day, but the proper sequel is good too.
(I couldn�t enter before despite numerous attempts. The Reply page just would not open. However, Ch_Ed told me that the Fourum was loading really fast this morning, and it is.)
*LOL, I�ve had this review in mind all week, just because that was the first comedy that came to mind and I couldn�t think of any other review, and I�ve only right now realized that a cask is not a casket. I�m not going to try to think of anything else now so I�ve just pathetically added an apostrophe. |
