Benj, a while back I posted in the Fourum that I could not decide between "Faker's dozen" and "Taker's dozen" for Ocean's Twelve. I still could not decide, so I submitted both. You rejected the former and accepted the latter (on 26th June). Fine. However, I have just noticed that you have later (9th July) accepted "A faker's dozen" from Animagess.

Um... think that may have been lost in an anti-generic tidy-up.

I thought 'generic clean ups' got moved to the declined list so they didn't just disappear?

Guess not on that that- don't even remember when I did it to be honest

Guess not in this case. Don't even remember when I did this, to be honest |

benj, please remove my review for Bruce Almighty, now seen to be a dupe. In my own defense, I can only say that I keep lots of pendings, I don't do many multiples, so they tend to sit around for a long time, and sometimes other great minds think alike. Sorry.

Errr....well, ok then.
Edit: Although in how many films do a number of bullets miss Tom Cruise? All I can think of is Top Gun or Collateral, and not many bullets miss in either of those. Maybe you could consider it again benj? In any case, I have just thought of a far superior review which i will be adding soon.

If you don't mind someone else chiming in here...
I think that as a general rule, reviews that refer to either a character or an actor by name should not be considered generic.

..., Mission Impossible, Mission Impossible 2, presumably Mission Impossible III. Did you mean to miss The Last Samurai off your list, btw?

I seriously hope you're kidding here...
For anyone not in on the joke, unless an actor has only appeared in one film, simply referring to them by name is by no means a non-generic review. Naturally, the same would also apply to characters. For example, to say 'Jason Vorhees attacks people' only eliminates 1 of the 10 (11?) Friday The 13th's. |

Oh yeah. OK, I accept benj's ruling.
But if my next review is declined....
