Thoughts: A double dose of Stallone for me this week! Within five awful minutes, I knew it was going to be my kind of movie. It's like a parody of buddy cop movies: Every line is a wisecrack, it's gayer than a handbag full of rainbows, and both cops blatantly break the law in the name of nailing bad guys! I haven't watched enough movies like this, clearly. |

Sorry, it didn't occur to me that the deadline was 9 p.m. and I just logged on to vote now. I must say that these competitions are not that user-friendly for occasional entrants. Couldn't the rules just be copied and pasted each round, as with the F.Y.C.T.H.?
However, I would have put W.H.L. top anyway.

O.K., so they are. I meant in the opening post. That's the case for the F.Y.C.T.H. whoever starts it. And couldn't they be pared down a bit, and consistent with the F.W.P.T. ones? It all seems a bit of a palaver.
But, if you all like it this way, fair enough. |

I'm sorry, Salopian. I usually send a reminder email to people who haven't sent in their votes, but I lost track of time today. I try to make sure the posting with the entries list and rules is as close to the top as I can. But we loved having you and hope you enter again!!

Well I suppose whoever starts the new round could do that. Most are regulars here and know that FWPT, FWTO, and Avatar competitions all end at the same time though, so it's never been much of an issue. |

My point was exactly that it is not user-friendly for non-regulars. I did the avatar contest first and I cannot see any deadline specified there. I had gathered that it was Wednesday and so assumed it was the end of Wednesday. Anyway, it certainly doesn't make me feel like having a go again. |
