P.S. - Did you know Henry Mancini composed some of the music?

I first read about the triffids when I was just into my teens. That's a very long time ago, but they left a lasting impression. Wyndham rocks!

Back, by popular demand: your anus.

(Think of it this way guys: if I finally win with this one, you never have to see it again. That is, unless there's a nuclear war, then you'd best just kiss it goodbye.)

I will never, ever forgive MguyX for his avatar of this theme.

I'm hoping that he created his work of art by photographing the clenched fist of an elderly person. I find that the folded index finger and bent thumb can combine to provide a fundamental depiction.

Koli, I also enjoyed the novel, "Day of the Triffids."

BTW, I am very carefully avoiding scrolling up too far. MguyX, I really think you may have gone too far this time. I don't know whether to laugh or throw up. eeeew!

Go on and laugh: it feels a lot better.

Actually, if you look closely, there appears to be the stick outline of a kangaroo-shaped alien in the ... er ... opening, like in that Charlie Sheen movie "The Arrival". I got a two-fer!

See; there's method to my madness.
