He wasn't smart enough to avoid the goof in that clip.

Notice it?

Temporary solution: use IE at work to change avatar...

James Joyce - smart in more ways than one, especially when suited and booted (and behatted).

Is it a child's toy?
No! It's the Smart Car!

Proving once again that "Smart" does not equal "Cool."

You mean that he sticks his right arm in but slaps with his left? That's clearly because he's using an old CRT monitor, which uses mirrors and, um, pixel-reversing technology. Yeah.

Wrong on both counts (but partial credit to Wheelz for creativity): CLEARLY in the split second after the guy sitting on the right reaches into the CRT ... he changed his mind and used his left instead; they just cut away before you see the switch. The pixel reversing technology argument doesn't work because (1) pixel reversing technology didn't exist until May 28, 2010 (around 1:21 p.m. FWFR time), so it wasn't available when the image was created ; and (2), the guy on the left slaps with his right and lands with his right, thus only half the image displays the apparent anomaly.

However, Wheelz, what I think you really intended on suggesting was the effect that the old pixel inversion technology would have created, which all but killed the CRT market, pricing those voluptuous babies out of the market and resulting in these new, ugly, flat-screened plasma and LCD monitors that barely take up ANY space. Maybe it's a Black thing: I like some curves on my monitor.

Well, well, well! I think we should post a picture of Koli as my avatar instead and just declare me the winner this week!

Are you saying you like your desk area like your women?
With a tube top (cathode ray or otherwise) and tightly stuffed?

I think you could still learn to love a flat screen, you just have to go into the settings and adjust the black level.
