Hi all
I'm planning to see black swan at the weekend with a friend, but all the showings are audio described! Does this mean everyone hears it or does Cineworld have a way of doing it that means those who don't need it can't hear it?
Thanks
Babybear

I've never experienced a film with an audio description in my many trips to the cinema so I'm inclined to think the following is the case...

http://www.yourlocalcinema.com/ad.about.html

Basically, in short, the audio description is provided by headphones for those who need it. Everyone else is none-the-wiser (unless you're stuck next to someone wearing a pair I guess )

Same thing applies at the theatre BabyB - the description is provided through personal headsets and shouldn't affect any sighted patrons at all. It's sad for those who go who are blind as they really will be missing out on some fantastic images. Hope you enjoy it!
