I share a mutual love of movies with most people on this website.
About four years ago, I discovered another love -- CrossFit. I became an addict and have been doing the intense fitness workouts five times a week ever since.
It turns out I am not the only hardcore CrossFitter in the fourum -- Mguyx shares my passion.
So for this year's CrossFit Open (an online competition that sees hundreds of thousands of CrossFitters around the world compete head-to-head) we challenged each other.
I lost -- Mguyx did more walking lunges, dumbbell cleans, bar muscle ups, and toes to bar over 12 minutes than me.
Our bet was loser has to go to the FWFR fourum and extol the virtues of the winner. So I officially declare Mguyx to be a CrossFit badass. I bow to his awesomeness.
