Won't let this languish any longer. I was looking for Dziga Vertov (or as he was born Denis Abramovich Kaufman). If you ever get a chance to see his Man with a Movie Camera do so. Magnificent.

Who's next?

I've got one and I'm thinking it can't be looked up!! In Joe vs. the Volcano, how many actual roles did Meg Ryan fill, both credited and uncredited?

I'll throw out this one. She played Deedee, Patricia and Angelica Graynmore as well as voicing uncredited the flight attendant.

I have the feeling this has something to do with Futurama, where Weaver also voiced a computer.

Warm Yes, Weaver did voice a computer in Wall-e....

Dig a little deeper there... what's the galaxy quest connection?

In "Galaxy Quest" Weaver's only function was to repeat what the computer has just said to the crew. In "WALL-E" she is actually the voice of the computer. (I thought of Mother in "Alien" before "Galaxy Quest" when I saw WALL-E though!)

Ok, my first ever brain burner, in several parts....

1. Work out the names of the two people who share a common link with each other and the following great actors:

a) Frank Langella, Dirk Bogarde, John Turturro, Jeremy Irons, Emily Watson?

b) Anthony Perkins, Anthony Hopkins, Ulrich Mhe, Alfred Molina, Juliet Stevenson?

2. Name the actors who have played a) and b) on screen.
