In the movie? Doc Ock was so spectacularly animated, that I couldn't possibly vote for Willem Dafoe. Didn't read Spiderman comics very much, but I preferred Doc Ock in those when I did read them, if for no other reason but that he was the first villain to kick Spidey's ass!
