I've now see it as Sleeping Dogs in another publication, so I'd wait and see which it really is.

The I.M.D.B. now has the more accurate Salaam-E-Ishq as the title of this.

This movie, although I saw it in the cinema as plain "Mifune", does have an international title listed on IMDB.

N.B. On the B.B.F.C. certificate and in the opening credits, it has a full stop at the end of the title, a la Clerks.

The Worlds of Gulliver as listed on fwfr should be The 3 Worlds of Gulliver. This is the IMDB link from the fwfr page http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0053882/ (Worlds of Gulliver is an alternative title)
