Just found this thread, and I can't seem to upload a picture.
It's only 5k, and I've tried three different browsers (why I even HAVE three different browsers we wont' get into right now)
I wonder if it's a network firewall problem? I keep getting "Invalid image file format- must be jpg, gif or bmp" although the file is a jpg.
If I try and leave the picture blank and change something else (the default page on login, for example) I get the same error when I hit save.
Hmm. |

Fixed it myself. It wanted Internet Explorer (the fourth browser I tried)

I use Firefox all the time, but when I upload pictures to FWFR, nine out of ten times I have to resort to the old standby--IE. |

I was pretty sure Firefox would work, so when it didn't I thought there was some kind of firewall issue here at work. But you're right, IE did the trick.
My usual browser is Opera, but lately I've had some Gmail issues so I keep Firefox running, too. |

benj - 5 months between Joss's and silly's posts, and the topic wasn't archived? Thought archiving was automatic after a thread was untouched for a month?
Seems funny to find a current thread with posts in it from Slippy Tin. Another one who got away |

Yep it's auitomatic- I log in, select which fourums to archive and then it does it automatically I don't archive this fourum, though, since it contains questions and stuff people might want to keep coming back to. |

But I've got 4 browsers and a geek rating of under 9%. Go figure.
