If Eve were in the Garden of Eden today, perhaps the snake would have given her this.

From http://www.sanfotreats.com/superpremium.htm I give you:

"The Mudslide Caramel Apple - Fuji / Granny smith Apple dipped in caramel rolled in crushed oreos, strewn with milk, white chocolate and caramel and topped with chocolate droplets."

Tempted?

Dinsmoor's version of The Garden of Eden.

What I really hoped to find was a photo or video clip of Burt Reynold's appearance on The Sonny & Cher Comedy Hour, as the Serpent in their Adam and Eve sketch. It was cute.

Rousseau and Mr Bean in the Garden.
Eve: Is that a snake in your 'pocket' or are you just glad to see me?!

I remember sneaking into my local drive-in theatre to see this movie and learn all about the Garden of Eden. Mostly I saw flesh-colored body suits and long hair covering the breasts I had hoped to see.

"No, Eve - I don't want to eat that apple - I can't seem to keep anything down these days. Did you say you had a pickle?"

Now that we have a pregnant man (ok really a woman who took homones to look manly got pregnant) who needs Eve? She's just gonna get us in trouble - who listens to a snake anyway?

Eve - Eva Marie Saint. It's all good.

...And I'm sure she's eaten an apple at least once in her life.

Here's my half-eaten offering: Forbidden Fruit by the surrealist artist Mihai Criste.

As you were. I've dumped my half-eaten apple and gone for a different cut. Apologies for any incovenience.

Core blimey!

Either way, K, you've gotten quite artistically provocative.

Perhaps I should have pointed out that I'm still chewing on forbidden fruit.
