Some architects have vision, others have double vision! What's the strangest edifice you can conjure up?

This piano-shaped building graces the New District of Huainan city, An'hui Province, China. The building entrance is in the violin shape, and the piano floors are used to display architectural plans and models of the city's new development projects.

This 50-storey apartment building is being erected not far from where I work in Mississauga, Ontario. Officially known as "The Absolute", it is more commonly referred to as the Marilyn Monroe building.

So that's why they call it an erection.

This 6.6 meter tall chocolate sculpture located in a toy shop in Manhattan, New York, is made entirely of more than 1,000 kg of chocolate. Modeled after Rockefeller Center, Empire State Building and Chrysler Building in the United States, its construction took Alain Roby more than 30 hours to complete. Guinness officials present at the scene have confirmed it as the world’s tallest sculpture made from chocolate. This sets a new Guinness Record.

So, what's strange about this? I'll tell you - they couldn't have modeled it after just one building. No, they had to use three!

(Not to mention a waste of good chocolate.)
