Thanks. None of my accolades are ever closed, so I always welcome suggestions.
Can't believe I forgot Brian! I'll also include one Jesus one, but most biopics don't actually show birth/toddlerhood or old age so I can't find any as I've said, please do let me know of any specific cases. |

Then that makes me wonder if you got my PM about your On Anon accolade. I thought you ignored it. |

Nope, never got it. There was a time recently when people were noting not getting P.M.s. Anyway, for things like accolades, it's best just to tell me in the Fourum (e.g. in the general Accolades thread) because I might not be able to address it straight away and then the information is available here for when I can. |

That's very frustrating - I didn't know that messages weren't getting through. Of course there's no record of messages sent so I can't look back and see what else may have been lost into the ether. As for your one I'll see if I can remember and post in the accolade thread. |

In case it makes any difference, the parameters of the accolade are no shorts (where unnamed leads are extremely common) and no characters whose name is secret from the other characters (i.e. no Man with No Name) they should either know the unmentioned name or in the case of just-met characters there should at least be no reason to think they would be denied the information if they asked. |

Note to self: The Autobiography of Miss Jane Pittman falls into the same category as Little Big Man. Hhmmm... |

I still need to tauten up this accolade, but I've added most of those. I'm especially grateful for How the West Was Won, which is exactly the sort of thing I had in mind for both this and my century accolade. However, I've decided to leave out Up (I'd prefer films with the life more evenly spread out) and Jack (in this fictionalised version, and even in some real cases, of progeria survival well past eighteen is possible).
Can anyone please recommend a film about Jesus which most evenly covers his life (i.e. doesn't jump almost from the stable to the Mount)? Also, are there any similar films about Mohammed, Siddharta Gautama &c.? |
